Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the FixHomesPro website or engaging our services. By accessing our website or requesting a service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
FixHomesPro provides residential basement waterproofing, foundation crack repair, wet basement repair, sump pump installation, and basement leak repair services to homeowners in Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Burlington, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, Guelph, and surrounding areas in Ontario, Canada.
All services are subject to a site assessment and the execution of a written service agreement prior to commencement of any work. No service obligation exists until a written agreement is signed by both parties.
We offer a complimentary in-person assessment of your basement or foundation concern. This assessment is provided at no cost and with no obligation to proceed with any recommended repair. The assessment is intended to identify the source and nature of the problem and to provide information to assist you in making a decision.
The free assessment does not constitute a guarantee that all conditions will be identified, nor does it constitute a commitment to provide services. A written quote will be provided separately.
All service quotes are provided in writing and specify the scope of work, materials to be used, and the total price. The quoted price is the price you will pay unless you authorize a change in scope in writing. We do not charge for additional items not included in the written quote without prior written authorization.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. After 30 days, pricing is subject to review.
Work may be backed by warranty, with terms and conditions provided in writing before any work begins. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service, materials used, and site conditions. Warranty details will be included in your written service agreement.
Warranties apply to the specific work completed and do not cover pre-existing conditions unrelated to the scope of work, damage caused by events outside our control (including but not limited to flooding, earthquakes, or acts of nature), or modifications to completed work made by others.
We make no guarantee that the specific outcomes described during assessment will be achieved in every case. Foundation and drainage conditions may present unforeseen complications that affect the result. If such complications arise during the work, we will notify you promptly and provide updated options in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FixHomesPro’s liability for any claim arising from services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

We will make reasonable efforts to complete scheduled work on the agreed date. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of any rescheduling.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
